Our staff is all Oracle-certified experts and professional Remote DBA's with a commitment to excellence. Apps Inc specializes in Remote DBA for mission-critical Oracle databases that require high levels of performance and reliability. Apps Inc uses remote Oracle monitoring and Oracle support techniques to perform proactive tuning for your Oracle database. We can also provide Oracle remote consulting by experts.

Corporate & Retail Training
Our training programs have been very well received by the participating organizations. We put a lot of emphasis on delivering top-quality training programs, that are tailored to suit the requirements of the client organization, level of the participants and their prior familiarity with the subject, etc.
We have a formal and rigorous process of internal training, evaluation and certification of our training professionals, to ensure that the programs delivered by them provide delight to the participants.

Team
Vatti Venkat did his Professional Degree from one of the reputed institutions in India, in (1995). He has about 12 years of the IT industry experience, including software development, Project management, Mentoring services, Management consultancy and corporate training.

He started his career with Biological Events as Oracle Developer, working in the software development division. From 1997 to 1999, he was with Optimum Solution Pte Ltd, Singapore as Oracle DBA, where he was responsible for design and maintenance of production databases of its clients. From 2000 to 2005, he was with Seagate Technologies, USA as Oracle Application DBA, where he was responsible of total implementation of ERP solutions on Oracle HRMS.  From 2005 to 2007, he was with General Electric, USA as a project manager responsible for handling few major projects of its clients. He frequently conducts training programs on Oracle Technologies and related areas. During the last four years, he has conducted about 75 training programs for various IT companies in India, such as GENPACT, Oracle Corp, Citibank,   i-flex Solutions, Polaris Software, Birlasoft, HP, ADP etc. He has also provided mentoring services to various IT companies on use of the Oracle Technologies, in their specific projects.

Nageswar is a management graduate from the Nagarjuna University (1994-97), and has over 10 years of experience, primarily in Database Design, Data Architect. He started his career in 1998 with Oracle India Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad.   He is a co-founder of Apps Inc and he works as Director Technical. He is responsible for promoting the services of Apps Inc to its customers and exploring new avenues for business development. He also handles the portfolio of resourcing and new business ventures.

Prasad is Ace Senior DBA Consultant who is currently working in Sonata Software Solutions, Hyderbad. Working on Mission Critical Systems for resolving technical challenges, writing SLAs preparing Standard Operating Procedures.  His core competencies are tuning the Bigger Databases.
